I guess what most here are waiting for is the company's announcemnet regarding the proposed purchase of all the assets involving a manufacturing facility. Both companies involved are to have thier DD completed by the end of June. With only 5 trading days till then some 'not so brilliant lights' are suggesting that the deal is a no-go because of some small blocks of stock that moved out last Friday.(150,000 shares in two blocks) Pure speculation I'm sure, remembering how closed lipped T.O. was about the letter of intent back in March or so. The only question of merit here IMHO is... What will the financing look like when it is put together. Does T.O. have the goods to run the price up over the next 2 months? Or will he be able to utilize Eugenes' position on a Seed Capital company to finance the roll out in a long term loan agreement? My money is on Dr Owen. He is seemingly slow to pull the trigger but appears compitent & thorough and has always been careful with the company's funds.
