I think you are forgetting the warrants attached to PP. They would also get warrants at .40 although doesn't seem valuable now cause they are out of money once the stock starts flying they will be very lucrative as a bonus on top of the shares.

I was just thinking this morning what would it take for J&J to make a couple of hundred million offer to buy out ALDA and put the T36 in their "Purrell" line of products and instantly have all the claims to what ALDA has worked so long for. All the Patents, Olympics, plus all the upcoming theraputic applications. They can make a huge profit and a bigger brand recognition and pretty much blow out every competitor out there if they aquire Alda.

It would be small change for J&J but to ALDA it would be $4-5 a share buyout price. I think the chances are pretty high and i am sure we are already on their Radar, just a matter of time IMO.
