Ya i know what you mean Paul, the company needs the $ 2.4 million dollars from excercise of the PP warrants. That is the reason that forced clause is there in the PP. The PP investors only get 10 days to excercise their warrants after the Price hasbeen over .80 cents for 10 consecutive days.

Thinking ahead. If that wasn't the plan there is no need to have the clause as the warrants have a four month hold on them which expiring on January 17, 2010. Even though this is still before the Olympics, It might be alittle too late to get the money from warrants. Alda will need more cash sooner than later because of marketing, production & Olympics. Hence the Forced Excercise Provision.
