Very well said. I'm not talking about selling your whole position. When it's moving like this, holding a core group is the smart move. If you have lots, don't be afraid to sell a percentage and play them. Like I said earlier, 9 times out of 10 the next NR is not the next day or 2 so you can drop some shares and then buy back more. It's a great way to build your position and if you miss on the pullback, you've at least locked in some profits on the way up.
