We have a Soapopular dispenser at work, so I am familiar with the product. It also uses Benzalkonium chloride at 0.15% (same as T36) but without the 70% alcohol concentration. The benefit of T36 is that it incorporates both which supposedly makes it 3000 times more effective at killing germs than an alcohol based sanitizer alone.

Subjectively speaking, Soapopular feel like garbage compared to T36. It feels like someone spitting into your palms and it leaves the feeling of noticeable residue. Obviously, I'm not the only one who doesn't like it at work because apparently nobody uses it.
