I wonder how successful they are at getting participants for their PP with the share price in the dumps, and trading below the subscription price. I'm sure more than a few prospective investors bailed and just bought shares on the open market at a discount. With insiders buying up shares earlier in the month as a ploy to help keep the share price buoyant did little good.
TO really needs to get his act together and consider what is happening. His lack of concern and correspondence to shareholders is and will continue to make it harder for them to raise money.
