I have never heard of a time limit for the release of information except that the company is obligated to release material info in a timely manner. What we know so far is that they are intending to file the missing statements and requirements. Timeframe is unknown but I wouldn't be surprised if we remain halted for a lengthy period. Either way, once the trade halt is lifted, the share price will tank even more unless they release some stellar news at the same time.
