With its recent pop to the low $0.20's it looks like it has settle a little and volume is slowly coming back in. Price has not broken the 20SMA line and today's action puts it above the 5SMA line. Indicators are turning upwards and we could see another run to challenge recent highs. From an entry at $0.18, first target would be $0.21 (16.6% gains) followed by $0.27 (27.7% gains).

I like to find stocks that have these kinds of potentials short term and play them. It caught my attention recently as it did a 5/20 Golden Cross and got in at $0.15 and bailed the next day at $0.21 the next day for quick gains of 40%. You can't complain about plays like that!
