Something was driving the price of this stock up on high volume. Usually, that means that someone wants to take us over and the news has leaked out so they have to ask for a cease trade order. That would explain the rapidly rising price on high volume. I know some of you are going to say that they will not sell their shares for less than the fair value of $83 per share but I would be excited about any offer over $3.50. This might seem to be too cheap for TMM but there are a lot of cheap stocks out there right now. I would be glad to take my money and invest it in other undervalued companies.
