Not that excited about the deal, but it is a deal and in this environment that's one of a few if any others that will happen IMO...

Maybe it could be argued that Allana "sold at the bottom" and should have waited for the turbulence created by the dissolution of BPC to settle down, but that would have delayed the start of construction and production. I also think that "take or pay" deal is pretty significant, including the "technical assistance" that ICL will provide, as it reduces a lot of the risk for Allana down the line and it may well incentivize the company to expand faster to 2Mtpa or even 3Mtpa.
