I have a pretty low opinion of Kelteras, but the junior mining industry is rife with cronyism. Almost every junior mining executive sits on the board of another junior mining company. Nepotism is a reality of this industry. I'm OK with it, as long as it's not totally unreasonable and Kelteras does know the company well and has plenty of industry contacts.

I'd rather have Kelteras than Costigan (WPX). I talked to Costigan at an investment conference and he spent 15 minutes trying to convince me Allana's potash deposit was diagnoal-lying and impossible to solution mine. And then told me I should invest in WPX. He also tried to sell me his used car.

I'm kidding on the last point. But I'd rather have an analyst that was just wrong (when you publicly make predictions, you will be wrong about many things) than a spokesperson that is disingenuous.
