The resolution approving the issuance of Units to certain Allana shareholders pursuant to the potential exercise of their pre-emptive rights was withdrawn as the said shareholders did not exercise their pre-emptive rights.

Anyone know off hand how many shares that would of been ? It will be nice to be able to issue those shares at a higher price. I assume they are talking about Liberty and IFC
