I thought Liberty and IFC had the right to maintain their % ownership and that it wasn't a % of the PP.

If that's the case here, it means, in theory, ICL could do 100% of any new PP (up to 30% ownership stake, which is double their current stake) and increase their ownership stake this way (then increase it again with the cheap warrants).

It would be really great to get clarity on the financing. I'd potentially be buying more right now if I had clarity on the financing dilution.
