Typically you get salary for services rendered. If the company does well and archives objectives then bonuses and options should be given to employees. This way shareholders get rewarded via the SP and employees as well. Since us as shareholders we have lost greatly I don't like the freebies, particularly since they dilute our shares further. The company feels they met their objectives so they diverse their bonuses/freebies. They only objective we needed met was financing. There were a lot of promises of interest and for at least a year. At the end, after huge dilution we got a fraction of our capex with huge amount of warrants at 50+ cents.
