Man, Sask miners are getting slammed on every front. I didn't know they were discounting their potash that much. On top of that they've faced rail delays and port delays. And natural gas (a major input cost) peaked over $6 this winter due to the polar vortex. As a result natural gas storage levels are super low, which might keep prices robust right through to the summer high demand season.
But no sympathy from me. They are the future competition afterall ;).
