Well there's nothing wrong with promoting your company per se. It all has to do where you will get the most traction out of it. National Post / Financial post ads are fine because of the audience. Stockhouse is a waste of money. It's like promoting Christianity to the Taliban. There are so many bashers on SH that anyone going there for info will think this company is a disaster. But then again anyone going to the bullboards on SH will soon realize that most of the posters there are idiots.
I do think that analyst coverage makes a difference. If no analysts would cover the company, less people would take a look and do some due diligence.
If I were running the company, I would definitely look at a listing on the London Exchange. The investors over in Europe are probably much more inclined to invest in Africa than us north american folks. The understand the region better and the also potential.
