The way things are going tough for ICL in Israel they have to come up with some new mine in a short period of time otherwise ICL will be loose market share in potash business in few years. At this point of time Allana is their hope so no matter what happens with POT, Allana mine is a GO and will happen sooner than later. my 2 cents
