I came back from holidays to sh board and learned that this board, Agoracom, had some imp. controls to keep the nonsence from spreading. I've read a few days of posting and can't believe how clean this site is. Congratulation to Agoracom for thinking the issues through and putting into place the right format with the right type/amount of restrictions to keep the conversation at a civilized level. My head always ached while reading the SH board.

My attention with AAA is now focused on their repeated message that a new entity for financing had entered the equation. I think that this late comer to the table has caused AAA to have to reconsider a whole range of options---thus the timelag with getting on with construction. In this day and age, 400 million is not, IMHO, a lot of cash to hand out to a company with the collateral in the ground, at shallow depth and a 3 1/2 year payback. There must be tremendous pressure on AAA to meet theeir construction deadlines. I am hoping to hear something within days.
