JB a point that I must make is the shares were purchased through a share purchase program through the company... A short of financial bonus structure.

Many people criticize Allana management for not purchasing shares with their own cash. That issue is debatable.... The way I see it why use your own cash when you can get the company funds instead. Cash bonuses are not paid out, but if they want to see their bonus shares grow in value they need to bring value to the shares...

To date Allana management has delivered IMO and the big test is the financing.
