I am not a trader but I am a student of humans .

UBS has been selling almost daily since March. Usually first thing in the morning and always hits the bid. Usually it's always at the low of the day. The buyers have been many different houses and never crosses.

My theory is it's a large holder who has instructed his broker to sell his position slowly so as not to tank the price. The broker isn't concerned about the price he gets because he gets paid regardless.

It could be one of the Nova shareholders taking his profit. They have sold 797,000 shares in May and 516,500 in April.
