A buyout right now would be bad news for those with a high average and didn't take advantage of the tax selling where we dipped into the high 20's. Even purchases over the last while here would bring one's average down if they were in at a higher level. Not everyone has dry powder as they say available... This doesn't mean I think we are going higher, but a buyout right now MAY mean that we see a premium to where we are today...

Would we break a dollar in a buyout? Tough to say...

Regardless, I'll wait and see the outcome here... I'm all for a financing announcement!
