It's not frustration - it's math. I've been in Allana since 2012. I've passed on many other (lower risk) opportunities to park my money here. I can't justify parking money in this stock indefinitely without progress. Financing would be that progress, but it could be delayed.

Although given Farhad confirmed it's a blackout period, financing seems like its around the corner.
