Just my Opinion but I believe there is tremendous pressure on AAA and ICL to get this project to production. Which means- financing should be coming soon. The money they need is relatively small 270 million when you think of the CEO of ICL spending AN ADDITIONAL 600 million to build a fertilizer processing plant plus other initiatives. These people are businessmen and they do not waste preious time. Investors are waiting for returns on this project. The production date is early 2016. They must break ground soon and get this thing rolling. the potash is there, the ROI is there and this little bit of final investment shouldn't slow the project down.
