NOVA didn't buy their shares - they were given to them in exchange for their property adjacent to Allana's property. It doesn't seem like NOVA spent much developing on their end.. they drilled a few holes and paid their license fees. So this is probably all "in the money" for them.

In addition, shareholders who fear a lot of equity dilution could be sellers right now. Being able to sell at a loss is what separates professional investors from the amateurs.
