ICL has what Allana needs, experience with evap. ponds and processing fert. in desert conditions. And ICL wants out of Israel -Too much gov. interference and they also want some more fert. because their supply is running out. A good match for both camps.

With respect to other companies taking a run at AAA, I still think Pot is in the running. They have already taken a run at ICL and own 12-13% of ICL . The Israelie gov. put the breaks on that attempted takeover so POT could have been the company involved here ---supplying AAA with expertise. In any event, I would think that all fert. companies are watching each other as they progress through their dev. stages --thinking about -- when is the best time for a buyout of AAA. FA has already taken two prior mining ventures to buyout ---so you think he is not thinking BUYOUT?????????---AT THIS POINT?????????
