He did say they want to complete the PEA on SOP before the lenders decide anything on financing. SOP and water recharge rates results wont be in till mid March. Four more months for lenders to examine the results. He is hopeful to have news on financing by first half of 2015.

Okay, so much for Q4 (2014) or Q1 (2015), let's go with Q? (year ?).

The carrot is getting some rot on it.
