Justin... You may be correct... That woudl be a big dissapointment not to vote on something significant, but I am patient if anything.... I think I've been able to prove it.

But my question is Why the "Anual & Special" meeting..... What's Special??????

This is all speculation and what has my interest is the timing of the SOP equity & potential Spin off as Allana's latest update shows Q1 - 2015..... JAn 20th the "Annual & Special" meeting is in Q1 2015!! ... But then so is March 31-2015!

As shareholders we are so used to everything being extended longer than it what we expect... It is hard to get excited about the potential vote for something significant...although I doubt it is a share roll back as per the Trolls like make it sound like...LoL
