Like i said before, if ICL has made an offer, we would have heard about it. It's not something they can keep under wraps. it has to be disclosed,

As for the share price increase and the volume pickup, I think some institutional investors are starting to get in before the financing announcement and the PEA results. We are getting close to both those events/milestones so they want to get in now before the announcements which could spike the SP.
