Again all the reason from a partnership between ICL and Potash on Allana property. From what I have seen Allana's Ethiopia property should be a low cost producer. ICL and Potash have the ability together to speed up Allana's entry into the market causing the precieved possibility of a glut which might finally scare off BHP. Or make a Potash take over more attractive to BHP. Again we can only hope Potash and ICL have someone on staff that has thought of this. If nothing else even at low prices having control of market share in Africa as use grows would be valuable.
