It looks like (if past years are any indication) we will have an announcment by the end of this week regarding the agenda for the Jan 20th meeting. Last year, the initial notice for the meeting was filed on Nov 7th, 2013 for the meeting to be held on January 16, 3014. The "record date for voting" was set at December 5th, 2013 and the actual agenda for the meeting came out a week later, on December 12th, 2013. So I believe that by Friday at the latest we should see something on SEDAR regarding the agenda for the January 2015 meeting.
