Focusing on the Dallol Potash Project in Ethiopia
Whoknows,
I think you are right because he dropped his voice at the end of that sentence and the 1bln/yr was --probably-- not audible.
In any event, the whole message was positive---especially since he admitted that the Dead sea mine had no potash, to speak of, remaining. They need potash badly. Their Spanish mine needs 400 ml in infrastructure to bring up to desired production levels and all their downstream products need potash mine ingredients to maintain sales levels.
I am hoping for a lowball bid for Allana by ICL and a outside offer by Potash Corp. and a ' first right of refusal' counter offer by ICL--a good old battle for ownership and control of Allana.
With low Capex/Opex, all that potash, 25+MINE YEARS, so close to the surface, throw in the billions in SOP AND THE CLOSENESS TO MAJOR TARGETS, 3-1/2 year payback, Allana would be acretive to any potash company and a boon to their shareprice. GLTA
