I think once people understand what was announced here today we will see some positive movement back up.

The weak hands folded today looking for a quick dollar and more solid indication financing was a few weeks away.

The comments I've seen on minimizing dillution as well as the potential to be the worlds largest SOP producer is enough to justify the short delay. They are still saying full finaincing this year and SOP Equity in Q2.

It sounds like some big players have come to the table.
