I dissagree. From what I heard Farhad said once they have the water stress test completed and in their hands as well as the large scale cavern testing they would go to the lenders and review the results with their technical advisors. And push them to release the funds. These are the items they were waiting for.

Correct me if I'm wrong here. He also said that he woudl expect teh results to be released to the shareholders in the next few weeks. 2-3 wks. Based on this I believe we could see something in the next week or possibly two max IMO.

I believe the BAnks will need time to review which I believe could take a month IMO as they need to consult with their technical advisors and formaliize things. March???
