As I have mentioned before, I beleive, based on what I have read that ICL is going to play the largest part in the advancement of the AAA Ethiopian project. ICL has changed their direction and with them cancelling investment and projects in Israel, along with recent aquisitions, it seems obvious to me, but it is just a guess. I suppose you can read into it anything you choose to.
