OPTIMIZATION STUDIES
SW3 PILOT WELL/CAVERN STUDY
- SW3 Pilot Well/Cavern located in central portion of brine field
- Well design optimized using double leach string and hydrocarbon blanket to better control the leaching stages
- SW3 currently at “undercut leaching stage” with sump leaching successful and Kainitite brine acquired for processing test work
- Undercut leaching in Lower Carnallite layer to begin late January, 2015
- Completion of Sylvinite leaching process expected by Q2/ 2015

Based on the above and the fact that the optimization studies are a requirement for financing, I would venture to say that financing will not come before late Q2 or early Q3.
