The cavern tests must be completed before financing is approved. That's what's been delaying financing in the first place. And, the cavern tests are supposed to be completed till Q2, hence the financing can only be done at the EARLIEST by Q2 and more likely by Q3. I'm guessing financing will be the middle of July ...
