I know that the junior sector is in poor shape, that financing is tough everywhere, that potash is not priced well, etc. but this lowball offer is lame... ICL is stealing the projects.

I have emailed Richard and Farhad about my disappointment. And I am not sure yet how to vote my 305000 shares. Wanting to say "no" but, unless a better offer is presented before the deadline, I may just sell and move on. It seems like between China and Ethiopia, someone would come up with a better offer.

I will at least make a small profit. Very sorry for those who will lose money on this.
