If we dissent, we may be able to get "fair value" for our shares, which is certainly more than the 50 cents offered by ICL. Remember two things:
1) The NPV of Allana is 1.32 billion dollars for the MOP portion and 1.6 billion for the SOP for a combined 2.92 billion dollar Net Present Value.
2) Several analysts have had a target price for Allana ranging from $1.15 (Cantor) to $1.40 (Paradigm), which may be considered "fair value".
