I think it's a lost cause... I've been told they are working on it but it's been several months now... I think Allana mgmt should be contacting SH to deal with them.... They don't do anything IMO as the number of posts sky rocket due to the bs...

I get locked out several times a day again.... Funny it all went away when mylar left.... Go figure...
