I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

08:44 AM EST, 12/20/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Almaden Minerals Ltd. (AMM.TO) (NYSE MKT: AAU) announced Wednesday new assay results from its ongoing exploration and development program at the company's Tuligtic project, Mexico. It said today's results are from holes TU-17-508, 517, 521, 522, 524, 525, 526 and 528 which were drilled to follow-up hole TU-17-504 (announced in August) that intersected new and significant mineralisation in an upper portion of the Pre-Feasibility Study pit which was modelled as waste material in the company's PFS. It added these latest results confirm the discovery of a new zone of mineralisation in the volcanic and limestone lithologies.

In summary, it hit 16.40 m of 2.25 g/t Gold and 25.3 g/t Silver and 10.50 m of 2.45 g/t Gold and 24.4 g/t Silver in the upper portion of its PFS Pit.
