Kerry Beamish is CFO and Jacqueline Collins is Corporate Secretary to other mining companies:  Forum (FDC; uranium), Brazilian Diamonds (BDY), and there seems to be a tie-in to Committee Bay (CBR, gold) as well.

Anglo Pacific Group is a holding corp based more on coal, but investment banking in minerals as well.  In the private placement of approx 2004 they bought a 34% stake in ATV

So these are insiders with the most intimate knowledge of the finances of ATV.

On the other hand, it appears that they liquidated probably a minority portion of their stakes.

It smacks of opportunisn and poor management discipline, and management should answer for it.

On the other hand, we hope that if ATV and those drilling on its lands hit a good ore body, that these insiders will have sold too soon!
