Larry won't have to worry about competing for any trophy in the realm of Public Speaking any "time" soon.  Not his forte.  On the other hand it isn't all that novel to see companies put out a PR about completion of a particular project to only have to eat their words down the pike.  Originally the Demo Plant was supposed to be commissioned in February, so the missing of "some little part" in the pursuit of completion of the plant isn't all that unexpected.  It doesn't make the waiting any less frustrating, though.
