U.S.A expansion team is doing a great job. The joint ventures are such a good deal for both parties. AMFE makes more money over the long term and the JV partner does the same.

I like we have multiple locations in Huston hopefully from 1 person and the other cities in TX can support multiple locations also I'm thinking.
