Amfil Technologies Inc. Announces A Firm PO Received From Walmart For Multiple Of The New In-House Published Game Titles From the Recently Acquired 'Morning' SubsidiaryPress Release | 07/09/2018

TORONTO, ON, July 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC Pink: AMFE) is pleased to announce that it has received multiple purchase orders for upcoming game titles published by its newly acquired subsidiary, Morning. This includes a pilot project through Wal-Mart which includes a firm initial purchase order for over 10,000 units of each of the highly anticipated game titles. This initial purchase order has a USD value well into the six-figure range.

In order to protect the company and its customers’ information to price-points, margins, and purchasing power, the exact dollar values and order sizes will not be disclosed at this time. However, the company will assert that the high-volume purchase order from Wal-Mart, and other retailers, is a strong indication of the traction that the upcoming game titles have already gained and confirms the confidence that major retailers have in Morning as a supplier. The pilot project with Wal-Mart is set to commence shortly as the newly published games are delivered towards the end of summer. The company anticipates that this will be a continued long and profitable relationship for both parties.

The upcoming game titles being published by the recently acquired Morning subsidiary are currently being produced by game manufacturer, Panda Game (www.pandagm.com/). Panda Game is one of the largest and highest acclaimed board game manufacturers in the world. Over the years, Morning has developed a strong working relationship with Panda Game due to their high-quality manufacturing and quick turn-around times. Due in large part to the highly successful Kickstarter campaign for Kill the Unicorns, positive reviews from game industry influencers, and high anticipation from the public, Morning has opted to print large quantities of each game. This will reduce the cost per unit, increase margins, ensure that initial demand is met, and also ensure that there will be no shortage of game supplies as we approach the next holiday season.

As mentioned in recent press, the all-cash acquisition of the Morning board game publishing and distribution company was completed at the end of May. The Morning acquisition was completed for $150,000 Euros and included all of the company assets minus all debt and/or liabilities as they were extinguished by the Tribunal in France prior to the acquisition. Morning has now been fully integrated into Amfil Technologies Inc. The company has created a separate entity in France called 'Snakes & Lattes Publishing SAS' which now owns all of Morning's assets including trademarks, websites, and all the game titles and intellectual property (IP) etc.

The company views the above mentioned initial purchase orders through Morning as strong verification that the acquisition of the established publisher/distributor will be a significant source of revenues, contributing to the company’s bottom line and increasing shareholder value.

Shareholders can expect additional company announcements shortly.
