I am just speculating obviously.  And it was in connection to discussion on RotoGro securing another perishable deal. They are growing leaps and bounds ahead of Gro3 and will be able to afford a buyout at some point IMO. Or can Gro3 technology be licensed?  That may be the best scenario.

Selling Gro3 wouldn't affect the spinoff/divident of IK.
