Sellers were willing yesterday to unload into 4 cents so they continue today no different!

sellers were happily surprised to have a couple blocks bought at ASK at higher prices BUT without follow through volume/action the SAME continues from yesterday 

only positive, volume is cleaning sellers inventory and price stabilizing a like today is positive too IMO

there was also mentioning that they won't use RBSM for 2019 audit and interview for other firms is coming but that was the last I heard ....
