just when growth seemed to be shifting to game development & publishing and future locations Tucson and Guelph have been seriously delayed...

new blood taking the initiative! Audits delays/debacle puts franchising on hold but so far there has been no real contribution from it anyway so Great to explore growth through JV/corporate owned locations!

ben seemed tired from working on audit catch up work for past couple quarters and Roger is best at spotting new opportunities at great prices BUT he can only do so much!

new us expansion group/investors will certainly show MUCH better tangible results! They got connections, experience, pride & capital to move the needle much faster & efficient! 
In addition the PR reads very well and incentives are super important. Work harder and you shall be rewarded a principle that always works! Roger realizing they need some new blood, help, experience and growth capital struck an excellent deal & putting his own preferred shares into play is very smart

and displays great leverage play on his part IMO! Lower your share count by 10% but increase price by 100%s.... 

Just do the quick math what 4 additional locations would do for YoY growth figures and more importantly cash flow for the company! And those should show up in 2-3 qtrs IMO with news flow prior of course!

It is time that Roger & Ben accept/hire professional help to catapult Amfil into the next gear/level! And this looks like the start
