The share price has continually increased over the past few months and I really like the trading pattern here.

Looks like we could see news in the New Year and if they get the final approval for the property besides CNL, the stock is going to move very quickly imho.

I am buying more today and think you will want to own some share before the New Year because if the news is good, the share price is going to be a lot higher.

Always do your dd and I own shares in CA and started buying back in the low .40's.
