It had an initial kick from .15 to .22 (although it did not hold) and over 5,000,000 shares transfered in one day.

They are supposed to have another set of results very soon (within 2 weeks per the original N/R) .. This release is actually a week or so old and came out when trading was halted

If they continue to be good then I think .30 is not unreasonable.
