André Proulx, M.A.
President and Chief Executive Officer

André Proulx holds a master’s degree in ethnology from Laval University, obtained in 1974. He has thirteen years of experience in the management of companies involved in mineral exploration. He is a member of the Board of Directors,

President and CEO of three public companies: Ressources Appalaches Inc. (APP-TSX-V) since 1994, Pétrolia (PEA-TSX-V) since January 2002 and Exploration Puma Inc. (PUM-TSX-V) since July 2003.

Between 1994 and 2000 he was president of Géominex Inc., a consulting firm in the sector of mineral exploration geology.

Clément Duchesne, M.S.C.

Secretary-Treasurer

Clément Duchesne obtained a master`s degree in accounting from Laval University in 1962. He is a Director, Vice-President for Finance and Secretary-Treasurer of three public companies:

Exploration Puma (PUM-TSX-V) since August 2004, Ressources Appalaches Inc. (APP-TSX-V) since June 2006 and Pétrolia Inc. (PEA-TSX-V) since February 2002.

From 1972 to 1999, he was an associate at Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche.

Dominique Doucet, geologist Ing. Director

Dominique Doucet obtained his title of engineer-geologist from the École polytechnique of Montreal in 1982. Mr. Doucet is member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Quebec’s order of engineers). Since 2001, he has been the Vice-President and CEO of Dios Exploration Inc. He has been the President of Ressources Sirios Inc. since 1994. From 1987 until 1994, he was President and Promoter of Ressources William Inc., a company listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange since 1990. From 1994 until May of 1995, he was the Executive Vice-President and Secretary of Ressources William Inc., and the company`s Director until February 12, 1996. Between 1982 and 1987, he was a consulting engineer in the sector of mineral exploration.

André de Guise, mining Ing.
Director

André de Guise completed his mining engineering degree at the École Polytechnique of the Université de Montréal in 1972 and is member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Quebec`s order of engineers). Since 2003 he has been a consultant in mining engineering. He was the Vice-President of Operations at Mines Richmont Inc. from January 2001 until June 2003, and Director of Operations of the Francoeur division of the same company between January 1995 and January 2001. From 1993 and 1995, he was Director of Operations for the setup of equipment and operations of the Valmec Inc.`s recovery plant. Between 1990 and 1993, he was the Director f the Mine Seleine saltmine in Îles-de-la-Madeleine, for the Canadian Salt company Ltd.

Richard-Marc Lacasse, Phd
Director

Richard-Marc Lacasse Ph.D. has been a professor of business strategy and project management at Université du Québec in Rimouski since 1975. Author of a Ph.D. thesis that won an award from the Université de Nice-Sophia-Antipolis (France), Dr. Lacasse has been a consultant in project management for the Inter-American Development Bank and World Bank in Washington. Professor Lacasse also serves on the boards of several companies listed on the TSX-V Stock Exchange, including Ditem Exploration (Uranium), Graniz-Mondal (auriferous in Quebec), Ressources Plexmar (auriferous in Peru).
